At Haydrian I was the only User Interface Designer hired, which meant that not only did I have to create all of the UI design and layout by myself, but I was also responsible for all the web, graphic and print design for the entire company. Although this was difficult at the time, I really liked staying busy and having something new to do everyday.

XM3 is a browser based application I designed for the Haydrian Corporation to help banks and financial institutions detect and prevent money laundering, fraud and terrorist financial transactions. The User Interface was designed to be very dynamic and flexible so it could switch from English to Arabic, which means the whole UI would flip from left to right to right to left on the fly. While working at the Haydrian Corporation I also came up with several cost cutting ideas that not only helped our sales team working remotely worldwide, but improved sales through the redesign of our shipping policies.
